hallo, also es geht darum das mein account vorübergehend gesperrt wurde wegen rücklastschrift, hab dann die email gelesen die blizz mir geschickt hat:
This is an automatic notification.
Dear customer,
Your character Chrillin on the account (mein account name) has been locked due to a chargeback on the payment that you made for your character transfer.
Due to this the recurring subscription has been removed, and the option to pay with direct and prepaid game cards on your account has been disabled.
To unlock your character
please follow these steps:
1. Please make sure that the credit card has sufficient funds available.
2. Click on the following link

3. You will be taken to a page with a choice of payment methods that you can use to reimburse the chargeback
4. Select the appropriate method, enter the payment information requested and confirm the payment.
After step 4 has been finished and your chosen method of payment has been entered successful, it will take up to 24 hours until your character is unlocked.
As soon as the character has been unlocked you have the option to pay with a prepaid game card again, although the direct debit option will remain locked.
Please note:
A prepaid game card is not a valid option to reimburse a chargeback on a direct debit or credit card chargeback due to its fixed amount of playtime that is added to the account.
The option to pay with direct debit for your subscription fee on the account has been permanently disabled since you have a chargeback with this method of payment.
warum ist die auf englisch -.- naja, da ich keine kreditkarte habe hat das mein bruder für mich übernommen das hat er gestern gemacht am 12.12.09 so gegen 14 uhr, so meine frage ist jetzt wie lange ich warten muss bis mein account wieder entsperrt wird ? der wird doch wieder entsperrt ?!?!
