als ich mich eben einloggen wollte bekam ich folgende Meldung:
"Dieser World of Warcraft account wurde geschlossen und funktioniert nicht länger. Für weitere Informationen besuchen sie bitte http://www.wow.europe.com/de/misc/banned.html"
Als ich dann meine E-Mails checkte sah ich folgende Nachricht:
This is an automatic notification.
Dear customer,
Your account N4zel has been locked due to a chargeback on the monthly subscription for your Account.
Due to this reason the recurring subscription has been removed, and the option to pay with direct debit and prepaid game cards on your account has been disabled.
To unlock your account please follow these steps:
1. The chargeback has to be reimbursed exclusively by credit
card.
2. Please make sure that the credit card has sufficient funds available.
3. Login to the account management page at
www.wow-europe.com
4. Click on the “create subscription†link and select your type of credit card
5. Enter your credit card details and confirm that you accept the terms of payment and select the period of playtime. (Note: The new subscription must be the same as the chargeback e.g.:
if you had a 3 month subscription chargeback, you must select 3 month again for the reimbursement.)
After step 5 has been finished and your chosen method of payment has been entered successful, it will take up to 24 hours until your account is unlocked.
As soon as the account has been unlocked you have the option to pay with a prepaid game card again, the direct debit option will remain locked.
Please note:
A prepaid game card is not a valid option to reimburse a chargeback on a direct debit or credit card chargeback due to its fixed amount of playtime that is added to the account.
The option to pay with direct debit for your subscription fee on the account has been permanently disabled since you had a chargeback with this method of payment.
In specific cases, we will reactivate the option to pay with direct debit for your account
if:
- A bank error caused the chargeback
- Your account shows a sufficient number of direct debit payment on the bank account prior to the chargeback

Kreditkarte kann man sich ja von den Eltern holen jetzt ist nur mein Problem das ich mich nicht in die Accountverwaltung Einloggen kann.
