[Nephisos]

Hey Community,

ich bin langsam echt am verzweifeln, ich wollte nach einem Jahr Pause wieder WoW anfangen, doch nun kommt ständig die oben genannte Fehlermeldung.

Ich habe bereits folgendes dagegen gemacht:

Vista SP 2 installiert
Neuste Treiber (Graka, Sound usw) installiert
Repair durchlaufen lassen

Alles war Zwecklos :(
Anzumerken ist jedoch, ich habe früher mit genau dem gleichen PC gespielt.

Wann kommt den die Fehlermeldung?

Sobald ich WoW Starten will. Doppelklick WoW.exe oder Launcher, 3 Sek warten und dann poppt das Fenster auf.

ich tippe auf ne Uralt-WoW.exe und WoW-Installation, die ein Jahr nicht gepatcht wurde, denn der Report von DXDIAG sieht doch ok aus.
Mal mit dem Launcher starten?

mit dem Launcher gehts auch nicht.

Ich hab mir gestern von nem Kollegen den ganzen WoW Ordner geholt, mit dem er schliesslich ja auch zockt, von daher dürfte ja eigentlich nichts veraltet sein.

hm, dann dürfte die WoW-Installation noch auf die Grafikkarte des Ursprungs-PCs eingestellt sein? Wäre jedenfalls eine Möglichkeit. Im WoW-Verzeichnis mal die Verzeichnisse Cache und WTF löschen und dann mal versuchen?

Ich hab hier alle Die CD's von Classic, TBC und Wotlk liegen, soll ich WoW vllt. damit mal Neuinstallieren?

Wenn gar nichts anderes hilft, würde ichs machen. Musst dich allerdings auf lange Patch-Zeiten einrichten.
